My Life in my 80's

Yes, I have had a glimpse of what life will be like when I'm in my 80's. Yesterday after arriving in Dunedin, Jamie and I stopped for a coffee.

We were sitting there just chatting about stuff - where we'd been, where we were going, etc. - and suddenly I realised what Jamie was doing. He had eaten the chocolate chips off his double chocolate muffin and was now mushing the rest of said muffin into his frappacino and sucking the mixture through a straw. And what made it worse was, he was bloody loving it!!!!
I really wish I had had the camera. No one's really going to believe this but trust me - why would I lie!!! He's a whole lot weirder (or eccentric as MGB likes to say) than alot of you give him credit for.

I can see similar scenarios for me when I'm in my eighties - Jamie sucking his meals through a straw - charming, I know. But I hope not to see it ever again before then.
