Movies
Serenity, go see it. A good, solid entertaining movie from start to finish. I cannot believe this didn't make it as a TV series. I loved it.
MGB: Please do not go to see this movie. You poo-poo every movie you see, I do not want you slating this piece of artwork.
The Wallace & Gromit movie is also very entertaining. I've actually not seen any of the other Wallace & Gromit movies (I know, I think I was living on the moon at the time!). But this was really funny. Also funny, was the mini feature shown before the movie. The Penguins from Madagascar in a Christmas Caper. I'm glad they recognised that those penguins were the best thing about that otherwise very mundane animation. And it was a brilliant little piece. I love penguins!
Saw a trailer for March of the Penguins - very excited about this one people :-)

I really enjoyed Wallace and Gromit as well. And a History of Violence is also well worth watching.
You wait ages for a good movie and then two come along at once.
Serenity: good
History of Violence: brilliant
Wallace and Gromit: good
The Penguins in a Christmas Caper: fecking brilliant
MGB - you liked a movie!!! I'm shocked and also very happy. But still you are not allowed to see Serenity, you've found two movies you liked, I think that's your quota for like the next 10 years.
I concur (who do I pay the royalty to : mgb for stating it or Hilary in whose blog the quote was stated?)
Could indeed start a fight.
BTW : dont write any reviews of those movies that you liked on your own blog Mike, you will completely undermine the integrity and expected levels of spleen which are vented thereon. Incidentally I have heard nothing but load of c*ck-esque type reviews for History of Violence.
Is mise le meas
PS : Mike has exhausted his quota. Nothing more to say.
